ModularDot, operated by Sarah van Oorsouw, uses your checkout email to deliver your purchase, answer questions and handle refunds. Stripe processes payment details. We do not create a LossyInfo account or add you to marketing email.

Measurement

The existing site analytics measures page and record views, selections, checkout attempts and follow-up link clicks. Events contain record IDs, topic and appeal labels, not your email or card details. A private order ledger records verified payments and delivery. Repeat purchases can be recognized when the same checkout email is used; this is an approximate signal, not a customer profile.

Retention and requests

Delivery records are kept privately for fulfillment, corrections and refunds. Records required for accounting are retained for applicable legal periods; unneeded working copies are removed after fulfillment and support. Ask about access, correction or deletion at hello@lossyinfo.xyz.
