The image tools on LossyInfo process files locally in your browser. They do not upload those files to our server or analytics provider.
What analytics may record
We record the page viewed, the referring site, campaign parameters, broad screen class, and named interactions such as using a tool or downloading a result. A session-scoped random identifier helps connect pages viewed in one browser session and disappears when that session closes.
What we avoid
Through website analytics, we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, precise location, advertising identifiers, cross-site histories, or browser fingerprints. Obvious automated traffic is labelled and excluded from primary engagement events.
If you contact us
The creator request forms assemble your answers locally in your browser and open your email app. The form itself does not upload or store those answers. If you choose to send the prepared email, we receive your address, message, and any script or attachment you add through your and our email providers. We use that material only to assess or deliver the requested work, and we do not publish it without your permission. You may ask us to delete it.
Third-party processing
PostHog provides product analytics, and OpenAI Sites hosts the website. They may process network information such as IP address and user agent as part of delivering the site, recording aggregate usage, and preventing abuse.
Approved Source Desk payments
ModularDot is the seller of the LossyInfo Source Desk. After written fit, terms and availability approval, payment takes place on a private Stripe-hosted checkout page. We send Stripe the approved buyer email, order approval reference, agreed beat and terms version to connect payment with the agreed service. Stripe collects the payment and billing information you enter on its page; this website does not collect your card details. See Stripe's privacy notice.
We use payment, invoice and subscription references, amounts, payment status and buyer contact details to verify payment, manage renewal or cancellation, handle refund requests and match the transaction to the agreed work. These records are kept privately for service administration and applicable accounting requirements, not published as samples or used for advertising.
