What you purchase
One selected Research Record for €5.00: a claim, concise explanation, supporting source links, qualifications and research provenance. No subscription or exclusive rights. You may use the research in your own work; this does not grant rights to third-party source text or images.
Delivery
A readable HTML document and a plain-text copy, sent to your checkout email. Delivered by email within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please provide a working email address at checkout and contact us if delivery is overdue.
Price and payment
€5.00 total, paid once through Stripe by card. No subscription or recurring charge.
Refunds and cancellation
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including if the record has already been delivered. Use the online cancellation form, or email us with your receipt reference and your request to cancel. The form gives you a downloadable confirmation immediately. A reason is not required. We will acknowledge the request and refund through the original payment method within 14 days. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Model withdrawal form
You can also send this text by email or post: “To ModularDot, Notenplein 134, 2555ZX The Hague, hello@lossyinfo.xyz: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following Research Record: [record title / order reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [your details]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if submitted on paper].”

Records use AI-assisted research and link supporting evidence. Sources can change; contact us about an error and we will check it and offer a correction or refund. Source-check dates are shown on each record.
