Seller: ModularDot. LossyInfo's Source Desk provides four source-backed briefs in one agreed engineering mechanisms and failures beat per monthly batch, with human factual/script review and one consolidated factual/fit pass. Contact hello@lossyinfo.xyz.
These are the standard terms for an individually approved Source Desk agreement, version lossy-source-desk-2026-09-30-controller-v1. Before payment, the written agreement supplies the seller's registered address and registration details, your scope and delivery arrangement, the actual reviewer and a real held place. You must accept the terms and monthly-payment consent in writing. There are at most three founding customers; this page does not assert availability or reserve a place.
Price: €149 per month excluding tax. No VAT is currently charged under the Dutch KOR exemption. No tax add-on is activated by these terms. Any future change in tax treatment must be communicated with the applicable billing terms before it is applied.
1. Monthly billing and renewal
The Source Desk costs €149 per month for four briefs in the agreed beat. Your first billing month starts with the first confirmed payment. It renews monthly on that billing anniversary only with your explicit recurring-payment consent. There is no minimum number of months. You may cancel future renewal at any time before the next charge by replying to the approval email thread or emailing hello@lossyinfo.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. We will confirm the cancellation; it does not cancel an already agreed current batch by itself.
2. Delivery and work start
Before payment we agree the first batch date, monthly delivery arrangement, format, supported beat and exclusions in writing. Work starts only after payment is verified, the reviewer accepts the order into a real reserved capacity slot, and the first research/review action for that batch is recorded. A request, checkout page visit or success redirect does not start work. Each brief is checked for factual support and script accuracy before delivery. One consolidated factual/fit pass across the four briefs is included; additional briefs, beats, production work and creative rewrites are outside this scope.
3. Cancellation/refund of a batch
If you cancel the batch before its recorded work start, we refund that batch in full. After work starts, any conforming completed briefs retained by you are valued at €37.25 each, and we refund the remaining balance for undelivered or unusable briefs. If LossyInfo cannot meet the agreed batch deadline or scope, you may instead request a full refund for that batch. Any refund or agreed replacement delivery is confirmed in writing. Cancellation of future renewal and a current-batch refund are separate requests.
4. Use of delivered work
After payment, you may use and adapt LossyInfo's original delivered writing non-exclusively in your own publications and channels. Keep required source attribution and material factual limitations with your use. No exclusivity over a topic, source, fact or underlying third-party material is granted. Third-party images, audio, footage and source texts require their own rights; this service does not grant those rights or promise legal clearance.
These terms cover the Source Desk only, not the separate Script Audit or other offers. Payment is through a private approved-buyer Stripe checkout; a redirect is not payment verification or acceptance of work. Read the payment privacy notice.
